A look back at the Cheesecon trade show

On April 5th, Serge Page, Servi Doryl’s CEO, was in Madison, Wisconsin, at the CheeseCon trade-show.

This trade-show is a unique and unmissable event for American cheese makers.

On the agenda for the day CheeseCon :
