Customised moulds
- Individual or grouped into block-moulds,
- Customised, using one of the many combinations of possible patterns and perforations,
- Able to withstand high pressure with additional stainless steel belts.
Adapted pressing lids
- Individual or grouped into block-lids,
- Adjusted for manual operation or mechanised use,
- Fitted with optional compensation springs to prevent non-pressed cheese,
- Fitted with a stainless steel or plastic reinforcement frame, for larger cheeses.
